Travis Rhodes is the owner and chief executive officer of Premier Vinyl. He handles outside sales/estimation and project scheduling, as well as helping clients, managing the IT department, and providing vision and direction for the company. Travis' driven personality and cheerful attitude is contagious, and keeps things new and interesting. Travis is an avid golfer and musician. He also enjoys mentoring and counseling. Travis and wife Martha and two daughters attend New Beginnings Church and live in Clover Hill.

​Jody Cyzick is co-owner and chief operations officer at Premier Vinyl (Bridgewater location).  Jody manages our fabrication shop with incredible efficiency and productivity. Jody has built loyal relationships with our contractor, wholesale, and retail clients, who know they can count on him to deliver their orders correctly and on time, every time. He enjoys hunting and spending time in the great outdoors. Jody and his family attend Crosslink Community Church. Jody and wife Jane live with their four boys in Dayton.

​Joel Thomas is the co-owner and chief operations officer of our Ruckersville location. His driven nature, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to almost any task make Joel a great leader and employee. Joel has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2006. Joel lives with his wife and three children in Penn Laird.

 A.J. Rhodes is co-owner of our Ruckersville branch, and the fence logistics manager at our Bridgewater location.  AJ leads by example with his superior work ethic and care for his fellow crew members and our clients. His background in trucking gives him the ability to foresee, diagnose, and prevent costly problems with our trucks and equipment. He has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2007. AJ enjoys hunting and riding his Harley-Davidson. AJ lives with his wife and daughter in Briery Branch.

Weston Shank was our section crew foreman. Weston was tragically injured in an automobile accident in July 2017, and subsequently passed away from his injuries. Weston went about his daily tasks with a can-do attitude and a positive spirit that was an inspiration to all of us. We miss him dearly and are grateful for the memories our Bridgewater team has of him!

Martha Coletti Rhodes is chief financial officer at Premier Vinyl. Since the birth of her second daughter in January 2021, she works from her home office, only coming into Bridgewater's location once a week. Martha handles most of the financial management and clerical duties with precision and superior, organized skill. Martha is driven, trustworthy, loyal, and dedicated. She has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2014. Martha lives with husband Travis and daughters in Clover Hill.

Antonia Miller joined the team in 2014 and is our Bridgewater office manager. Antonia quickly became an indispensable part of the office staff.  Antonia designs and estimates decks, screen porches, and pergolas from the ground up, performs blueprint takeoffs, and makes sure materials are ordered and in stock for each project. She is a fast learner, dependable, precise, and pleasant to be around! Antonia not only works full-time at Premier Vinyl, but also owns a farm in West Virginia, and is building a herd of Angus cattle! Antonia lives in Spring Creek.

Ben Cline is the fence foreman at our Ruckersville branch and is tasked with installing railings, decks, screen porches, and pergolas, in addition to his fencing responsibilities. His energetic, go-getter mentality is a big asset to our company morale and work ethic. He has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2015. Ben, his wife, and five children live in Ruckersville. 

Rick Brubaker joined our Ruckersville team in May 2016. Rick is our shop operations manager and keeps our vinyl fence & railing fabrications moving through the shop efficiently and on-time. Rick is a hard worker, and cheerfully performs any task assigned to him with a smile on his face! Rick and his wife live in Standardsville. 

Andy Cyzick joined our Bridgewater team in April 2017. Andy assists Jody in the fabrication shop and manages inventory. Andy has a vast array of experience in the construction field, and is especially skilled in siding, window, and trim installations. Andy is conscientious, pleasant to be around, and is an accomplished guitarist! Andy, his wife, and children live in Dayton.

​Tyler Shank joined our Bridgewater team in May 2017. He is the leader of our fence crew and has a great work ethic and desires to accept responsibility in order to be successful. He enjoys playing sports, and is a talented basketball player!  Tyler, his wife, and daughter live in Bridgewater. 

Austin Rhodes grew up around Premier Vinyl helping his dad AJ on the fence crew at an early age. He joined our Bridgewater team "for real" in July of 2017 and is now the leader of our section crew. He enjoys watersports, riding motorcycle, and tinting windows in his spare time. Austin lives with his wife in Briery Branch.

Roxanne Knicely joined our Bridgewater team in January 2018. Roxanne is our office assistant/inside sales assistant. She designs and estimates deck, pergolas and screen porches.  Roxanne has a determined attitude which goes far in helping her learn new things. She is pleasant to work with and has been a great asset to our office team.  When she isn't in the office at Premier Vinyl, she enjoys painting or spending time in the kitchen cooking. Roxanne lives with her family in Hinton. 

Seth Koogler joined our Bridgewater team in August 2018. Seth has an easy-going personality, and is a go-getter and skilled equipment operator! He primarily works on our fence installation crew with Tyler and Chase. He enjoys being outside, hunting, and hiking in his spare time. Seth and his wife Heidi live in Mt. Solon.

Kevin Von Achen joined our Ruckersville team in May 2019. Kevin grew up in the Ruckersville area and graduated from United Christian Academy, just up the street from our shop. Kevin is our deck foreman and he installs custom decks, railings, screen porches, pergolas, and helps with fences installs as needed. Kevin and his wife live in Madison.

​Chase Barrix joined our Bridgewater team in June 2019.  Chase graduated from Turner Ashby, and assists Tyler and Seth on the fence installation crew. Chase enjoys working on his truck in his spare time and lives with his family in Clover Hill.

Tyler Orebaugh joined our Bridgewater team in February 2020. Tyler comes with previous experience in metal fabrication and mechanical repair. He does an exceptional job leading our railing crew with Russell Zimmerman. Tyler and his wife live in Churchville.

Collin Wigley joined our Ruckersville team in August of 2020. He adapts well to any task and excels as our railing foreman. Collin has high energy and a driven nature, making him fun to work with. Collin lives in Elkton.

Harley Jordan joined our Bridgewater team in 2021. He helps out on our post and section crews. Harley grew up on a farm, and the many skills he developed come in handy at Premier Vinyl. Harley likes to ride motorcycle and helps out on his dad's farm in his spare time. He lives in Mt. Crawford. 

Russell Zimmerman joined our Bridgewater team in 2021. He teams up with Tyler Orebaugh on our railing crew. His positive attitude makes him fun to be around. Russell lives in Ottobine.

Zachary Shirley joined our Ruckersville team in 2021 as part-time help while he also finished school at United Christian Academy and is now employed fulltime. Zach's energetic attitude and positive personality make it easy to work with him. Zach lives in Ruckersville with his family.

Kasey Cyzick is Jody and Jane's oldest son, and he began helping out around the shop when he was 15. Kasey began working fulltime for Premier Vinyl since graduating in 2024 and is currently our deck crew foreman. He enjoys golfing in his spare time and lives with his wife Jessica in Dayton.

Tanner Huffman joined our team in 2024 and is part of our deck crew, assisting Kasey and Jamie.  Tanner brings a pleasant attitude with desire to learn, and we have enjoyed integrating him into the company.  Tanner, his wife, and son live in Clover Hill.

Alta Horst worked four summers during high-school and college at Bridgewater's office before starting full-time at the Ruckersville branch as office manager in 2025. Alta's main responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, as well as providing quotes for customers.  Alta lives in Mt. Crawford.

Jakob Smith joined our Ruckersville team in 2025 and assists Ben on the fence crew. Jake lives with his wife and new baby in Ruckersville.

Tyrel Coletti joined our Bridgewater team in 2025 and brings a fun and energetic perspective to the company while working on our deck crew. Tyrel lives in Clover Hill.
