Travis Rhodes is the owner and chief executive officer of Premier Vinyl. He handles outside sales/estimation and project scheduling, as well as helping clients, purchasing materials, managing the IT department, and providing vision and direction for the company. Travis' driven personality and cheerful attitude is contagious, and keeps things new and interesting. Travis is an avid golfer and musician. He also enjoys mentoring and counseling. Travis and wife Martha and daughters Shiloh and Bella attend Crosslink Community Church and live in Clover Hill.

​Jody Cyzick  is co-owner and chief operations officer at Premier Vinyl (Bridgewater location).  Jody manages our fabrication shop with incredible efficiency and productivity. Jody has built loyal relationships with our contractor, wholesale, and retail clients, who know they can count on him to deliver their orders correctly and on time, every time. He enjoys hunting and spending time in the great outdoors. Jody and his family attend Crosslink Community Church. Jody and wife Jane have a passion for foster care, and live with their four boys in Dayton.

Joel Thomas is the co-owner and chief operations officer of our Ruckersville location. His driven nature, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to almost any task make Joel a great leader and employee. Joel has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2006. He is an active member of Bank Mennonite Church, an avid fisherman, and incredibly talented musician. Joel lives with wife Jessica, daughters Lauren and Allison, and son Kyle in Penn Laird .

 A.J. Rhodes is co-owner of our Ruckersville branch, and the Fence Logistics and Fleet Manager at our Bridgewater location.  AJ leads by example with his superior work ethic and care for his fellow crew members and our clients. His background in trucking gives him the ability to foresee, diagnose, and prevent costly problems with our trucks and equipment. He has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2007. AJ is an active member of Victory Fellowship Church, and enjoys hunting and riding his Harley-Davidson. AJ lives with his wife Megan and daughter Jenna in Dayton.

Weston Shank was our section crew foreman. Weston was tragically injured in an automobile accident in July 2017, and subsequently passed away from his injuries. Weston went about his daily tasks with a can-do attitude and a positive spirit that was an inspiration to all of us. We miss him dearly. Thanks for the memories, Weston!

Martha Coletti Rhodes is Chief Financial Officer at Premier Vinyl. Since the birth of her second daughter Isabella (Chief Sleep Officer) in January 2021, she works from her home office, only coming into Premier Vinyl one day a week. Martha handles most of the financial management and clerical duties with precision and superior, organized skill. Martha is driven, trustworthy, loyal, and dedicated. She has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2014. Martha also spent two years in Jamaica at a children's home, and loves caring for and nurturing children. Martha lives with husband Travis and daughters Shiloh and Bella in Clover Hill.

Antonia Miller joined the team in 2014, and is our Office Manager. Antonia quickly became an indispensable part of the office staff.  Antonia designs and estimates decks, screen porches, and pergolas from the ground up, performs blueprint takeoffs, and makes sure materials are ordered and in stock for each project. She is a fast learner, dependable, precise, and pleasant to be around! Antonia not only works full-time at Premier Vinyl, but also owns a farm in West Virginia, and is building a herd of Angus cattle! Antonia lives in Spring Creek.   

Ben Cline is our lead installer at our new Ruckersville branch. Ben is tasked with installing fences, railings, deck, screen porches, and pergolas, as well as fabricating D-I-Y orders at the new location. He has been employed at Premier Vinyl since 2015. Ben enjoys theology and science, and lives with wife Melissa, daughters Rowen and Ivy, and son Leo in Greene County. Ben & Melissa are in the process are becoming certified to perform foster care as well! 

Rick Brubaker  joined our Ruckersville team in May 2016. Rick is our shop operations manager. Rick is a hard worker, and willingly performs any task assigned to him with a smile on his face! He is an avid reader, enjoys theology and playing tennis. Rick and wife Eda live in Ruckersville.

Andy Cyzick  joined our Bridgewater team in April 2017. Andy is assisting Jody in the fabrication shop, and manages inventory. Andy has a vast array of experience in the construction field, and is especially skilled in siding, window, and trim installations. Andy is conscientious, pleasant to be around, and is an accomplished guitarist! Andy, wife Jodi, and children attend Gospel Hill Mennonite Church, and reside in Dayton.

​Tyler Shank joined our Bridgewater team in May 2017. Tyler graduated from Hickory Hollow Christian School, and has a great work ethic and desire to accept responsibility in order to be successful. Tyler is the leader of our fence crew. He enjoys playing sports, and is a talented basketball player!  Tyler attends Dayton Mennonite Church, and lives with his wife Erica in Bridgewater.

Austin Rhodes - Austin grew up around Premier Vinyl helping his dad AJ on the fence crew at an early age. He joined our Bridgewater team "for real" in July of 2017. Austin is the leader of our section crew. He enjoys watersports, riding motorcycle, and tinting windows in his spare time. Austin lives with his wife Shay in Briery Branch.

Roxanne Knicely - Roxanne joined our Bridgewater team in January 2018. Roxanne is an Office Assistant/Inside Sales Assistant. She designs and estimates deck, pergolas and screen porches.  Roxanne has a determined attitude which goes far in helping her learn new things. She is pleasant to work with and has been a great asset to our office team.  When she isn't in the office at Premier Vinyl, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking. Roxanne attends Dayton Mennonite Church and lives with her family in Hinton. 

Seth Koogler - Seth joined our Bridgewater team in August 2018. Seth has an easy going personality, and is a go-getter and skilled equipment operator! He primarily works on our post installation crew with Tyler and Chase. He enjoys being outside, hunting, and hiking in his spare time. Seth lives in Mt. Solon.

Kevin Von Achen - Kevin joined our Ruckersville team in May 2019. Kevin grew up in the Ruckersville area and graduated from United Christian Academy, just up the street from our shop. Kevin is our deck foreman: he installs custom decks, railings, screen porches, pergolas, and helps with fences installs as needed. He enjoys fishing and helping out with his church's summer camp in his free time. Kevin and his wife live in Madison.

​Chase Barrix - Chase joined our Bridgewater team in June 2019.  Chase graduated from Turner Ashby in 2019, and assists Tyler and Seth on the fence installation crew.  Chase enjoys working on his truck in his spare time, and lives with his family in Clover Hill.

Tyler Orebaugh - Tyler joined our Bridgewater team in February 2020. Tyler comes with previous experience in metal fabrication and mechanical repair. He does an exceptional job leading our railing crew with Russell Zimmerman. Tyler lives with his wife in Churchville. 

Collin Wigley - Collin joined our Ruckersville team in August of 2020. He adapts well to any task and is helping out wherever needed most. Collin has high energy and a driven nature, making him fun to work with. He lives in Elkton and enjoys fishing, hiking and being outdoors.

Sharon VonAchen - Sharon joined our Ruckersville team in October of 2020. Sharon works in the office as Office Assistant/Inside Sales Assistant, and keeps the office neat and organized. Sharon is mother to Kevin and Brian. 

Harley Jordan - Harley joined our Bridgewater team in 2021. He helps our on our post and section crews. Harley grew up on a farm, and the many skills he developed come in handy at Premier Vinyl. Harley likes to ride motorcycle and helps out on his dad's farm in his spare time. He lives in Mt. Crawford.

Russell Zimmerman - Russell joined our Bridgewater team in 2021. He teams up with Tyler Orebaugh on our railing crew. Russell grew up on a farm, and his high energy and positive attitude make him fun to be around. Russell is an avid fisherman, and lives in Ottobine with his family.

Ricky Knight - Ricky joined our Bridgewater team part-time while he was still in school at Turner Ashby, and has now graduated and works with Austin on our section crew. Ricky is a hard-working guy, who works during the day and does his schoolwork in the evenings and on weekends. He lives in Hinton.

Blake Rhodes - Blake joined our Ruckersville team in 2021 as part-time help while he finished out school at United Christian Academy, and now works full-time. Blake grew up on a farm and brings those valuable skills to Premier Vinyl. Blake lives in Orange County with his family.

Zachary Shirley - Zachary also joined our Ruckersville team in 2021 as part-time help while he also finished school at United Christian Academy. Zachary lives in Ruckersville with his family.

Parker Totty - Parker worked at our Ruckersville branch part-time as he finished up school at United Christian Academy, and is now full-time help.  Parker is an exceptional athlete and excels in both basketball and baseball.

Joshua Hansen - Joshua joined our Ruckersville team in December of 2022. Josh is training in and assists all crews and in the shop as needed. Josh just graduated from homeschool, and lives with his family near Ruckersville.

Kasey Cyzick - Kasey is Jody and Jane's oldest son, and began helping out around the shop when he was 15.  Kasey graduated from Turner Ashby in 2024.  Kasey has grown into a fine young man and is currently leading our deck crew, and enjoys golfing in his spare time.  He attends Crosslink Community Church and  lives with his family in Clover Hill.

Jamie Thomas - Jamie re-joined our team in 2024, after serving 7 years earlier.  Jamie brings his wealth of knowledge and experience back to our deck crew, and we are happy to have him back on the team.  Jamie enjoys playing music and video games in his spare time, and lives in Bridgewater.

Tanner Huffman - Tanner joined our team in 2024 and is part of our deck crew, assisting Kasey and Jamie.  Tanner brings a pleasant attitude and a desire to learn, and we look forward to integrating him into the company.  Tanner recently got married to wife Chloe.  They live in Clover Hill.
